The Sin of Racism – Brother Randy
What should racism be to a Christian? The answer to that is The Enemy. Can you be a Christian and be a racist? The answer to that is NO. To be racist, prejudiced, or show discrimination towards another human being is a deliberate act of disrespect to the work of Christ on the cross.
See, folks, Jesus died so that all of mankind can be saved. We are one body in Christ, and we are all one race. Ethnicity should not be of concern for any Christian. Racism distances us from the teachings of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
To be a racist is to separate a particular ethnic group from the human race. To say that there’s a Black race, Brown race, White race, or Yellow race is a deliberate act of separation. We are all one race, the human race, and we were all created by God in his image. The book of Genesis tells us:
Genesis 1:26-27 KJV
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Racism does not need a certain ethnic group to grow. It just needs a vessel to spread from one corrupt vessel to the next. Are you Satan’s vessel? Are you a racist? In today’s society, many groups thrive on false racism.
Speaking the truth is the truth, whether it’s about a particular religion, ethnic group, political party, or those who engage in criminal behavior. Speaking the truth is not a deliberate act of racism.
Who spreads racism? Who stokes the fire of racism?
Our education system does, the mainstream media, the fake news
does, the music industry certainly does, politicians and political agendas, and our court systems are all guilty of racism.
Racism is being used today to divide the human race deliberately and to inject hatred and indifference within the people of God’s creation. We are to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.
In the book of Mark 12:31 of the King James Version Bible, Jesus tells us this,
Mark 12:31 KJV
31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Amen.
Racism is a sin, and racism is in every ethnic group. And brothers and sisters, NO human being who spreads or supports racism will escape hell’s fire.
