The Sin of Racism
What does racism mean to a Christian? The Enemy is the solution to that. Is it possible to be a racist and a Christian? To that, the answer is no. It is an intentional act of contempt toward Christ’s work on the cross to be racist, prejudiced, or discriminatory toward another human being.
You see, people, Jesus died in order to save all of humanity. We are all of one race and one body in Christ. No Christian should be concerned about ethnicity. Racism separates us from the teachings of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Racism is the act of separating a specific ethnic group from the rest of humanity. Declaring that there are Black, Brown, White, or Yellow races is an intentional act of segregation. Since God made us all in his image, we are all members of the same race, the human race. According to the book of Genesis:
Genesis 1:26-27 KJV
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
A particular ethnic group is not necessary for racism to spread. To spread from one corrupt vessel to another, all it takes is a vessel. Are you the vessel of Satan? Are you a racist? False racism is a major source of income for many groups in today’s society.
Whether it’s about a specific religion, ethnic community, political party, or those who commit crimes, speaking the truth is the truth. It is not intentional racism to speak the truth.
Racism is propagated by whom? Who fuels the racist flames?
Politicians and political objectives, the music business, the mainstream media, the school system, and our legal system are all guilty of racism.
Today, racism is utilized to purposefully split the human race and instill hatred and apathy in God’s creation. We should love our neighbors as much as we love ourselves.
In the book of Mark 12:31 of the King James Version Bible, Jesus tells us this,
Mark 12:31 KJV
31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Amen.
Racism is a sin, and racism is in every ethnic group. And brothers and sisters, NO human being who spreads or supports racism will escape hell’s fire.
